Management Fees

Our fully managed service is 10% and the Tenant Find Fee is one months rent of the accommodation. Our service includes the following features for full peace of mind for Landlords.

Rental value

We agree the initial rental value with you and will actively advise changes where and when applicable.

Compliance

We provide you will all of the guidance on compliance with statutory provisions and letting consents.

Boarding

We erect the let board outside of the property in accordance with planning regulations.

Marketing and distribution

We market and advertise the property via our distribution channels such as Right Move and our own letting website for example.

Viewings

Our expert team manage all viewing on your behalf, whether private or open house viewings.

Arrears

We pursue all non-payment of rent and provide advice on rental arrears actions.

Payments

We demand, collect and remit all monthly rent and provide tenants with various methods in which to pay.

Certificates

We check and verify all certificates including EICR, GSR, EPC, and HETAS where applicable.

Deposits

We manage the collection and refund of all deposits with tenants.

Routine visits

We undertake two property visits per annum.

Repairs

We arrange routine repairs and instruct approved contractors.

Cleaning

We arrange and manage the routine cleaning subject to cost acceptance.
