I am a Landlord, how much commission do you charge?

Our fully managed service is 10% and the Tenant Find Fee is one months rent of the accommodation.

Are all of your listings live?

Yes all of our listings on the website or on third party websites are updated daily.

Will maintenance respond within 24 hours?

All tenants are provided with emergency contact details during the on-boarding process which will be answered the same day. A workman will be issued immediately however due to scheduling this may not be dealt with on the same day, but will be arranged at the earliest possible time.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes all properties require a deposit which is clearly listed on all property listings.
